YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

User manual

Choose a topic to see the steps.

Create an account & verify your email

Choose Sign up, enter your details and create your account. Open the verification email and follow its link, then sign in. If it is missing, check spam or use Resend verification; wait if a temporary retry limit appears.

Upload, organise & access your PDFs

Sign in, give your document a name, choose a PDF and select Upload & save. Use Manage folders to organise files and search by name to find them. Sign in with the same verified email on another device to access saved files. Internet is required. The free launch includes 50 saved documents, 1 GB storage and up to 25 MB per PDF.

Install on Android or iPhone

Use the Android app button on the home page to download the test APK. Install it on Android 8 or newer; your device may ask you to allow installation from your browser. On iPhone, open the website in Safari, choose Share → Add to Home Screen, then Add. The iPhone version is a web app.

Photo to PDF

Open Image to PDF, choose JPEG, PNG or WebP photos, and use the arrows to arrange them. Choose Fit photo or A4 with margins. Select Create result, review it, then Download result or Save PDF to my account.

Scan documents, books & ID cards

Scan Documents: select photos, choose a filter and optionally trim the edges. Scan Books: use a landscape photo with the spine in the centre; the tool creates left and right pages. Scan ID Card: select exactly two photos, front first and back second. These tools use manual trim; they do not automatically straighten perspective or flatten curved book pages.

Merge, split & delete PDF pages

Merge PDF: choose PDFs and arrange their order. Split PDF: select a PDF and enter the pages to keep, such as 1,3,5-7. Delete PDF Pages: enter the pages to remove. Select Create result and download the new copy.

Sort & rotate pages

Sort PDF Pages: enter every page exactly once in the new order, such as 3,1,2. Rotate PDF: choose 90°, 180° or 270° and select pages, or leave the page field blank for all pages. Create and review the result.

Signature & watermark

PDF Signature: draw your signature and choose its position at the bottom of the page. PDF Watermark: enter English letters or numbers for a centred text watermark. Choose pages or leave blank for all. The drawn signature is a visible image, not a certificate-based digital signature.

PDF to JPG & ID photos

PDF to JPG exports one chosen page as an image. ID Photo Maker crops a photo to 413 × 531 pixels; keep the face centred. It preserves the background and does not verify official passport or ID-photo requirements.

Compress a PDF

Choose Compress PDF and read the image-only copy notice. This removes searchable text, forms, links and digital signatures from the new copy. Best for large scanned PDFs, up to 50 pages. Compression may not reduce every file.

Download or save a tool result

Review the preview before choosing Download result. PDF results can also be saved to your verified account using Save PDF to my account. Tool processing happens on your device; saving to your account uploads the result. Tools accept up to 20 files and 25 MB combined, with some tools accepting only one file.

What is available today?
